On site amenities include outdoor swimming pool or spa (at most locations depending on climate and geographical location), fitness room, 24 hour coin operated guest laundry facilities, safety deposit boxes, and luggage carts. Situated only 10 miles from Downtown Dallas, you will find numerous restaurants, shopping centers, and DFW International Airport just minutes away.
Each studio boasts approximately 455 square feet of living space, separate living and bedroom (in select studios), queen size bed and 19" cable television with remote (25" television available in select locations). The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, four burner cook top, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and glasses for two people (some properties offer an oven and a dishwasher). Suites also offer a sleeper sofa, armchair, dining table with chairs, an iron and ironing board, free local phone calls, voice mail, and computer data port. Weekly housekeeping and twice weekly towel service is offered to those staying more than one night (for nightly guests, daily housekeeping is offered). Handicap and smoke free rooms available upon request.
